Suburban Roofing is a family owned and operated business, founded by Gordon Edwards. The present owner, Jay Edwards, his son, grew up in the business, working for the company during summers and while on vacation from school. After graduating from Springfield College in 1975, Jay joined the company and continued to work with his dad. In the early eighties he took over full time and Gordon and his wife Janet headed to Florida and a golf filled retirement. Since then, Jay has expanded the business, opened an office in Connecticut and kept abreast of all the latest trends and innovations in the industry.
